Route and fill cracks. Treat expansion joints. Prime substrate.
Base texture coat
Apply slip-resistant textured base to spec.
Color and seal
Apply color coat(s) and UV-stable sealer. Optional patterns (broadcast, knockdown, or stencil).
Cure & sign-off
Full cure before foot traffic, timing varies by system. Owner sign-off.
